Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Please note, this deposit is separate from the total service cost, as it covers travel, time, and convenience.
Consultation (Required)
A phone consultation is mandatory prior to your appointment date. During this time, we will discuss your desired style, evaluate scalp health, and align expectations to ensure the best results.
Client Preparation
To maintain quality service standards, the following is required:

Hair must be clean with a fresh scalp (free of buildup) prior to service

All extensions must be clean and prepped before your appointment

A tidy, well-lit workspace must be provided for service completion
Add-On Services
Any additional services requested that were not discussed during the consultation will incur a $20 add-on fee.
Content & Experience
As part of this luxury experience, clients should be camera-ready. With your permission, content creation is included as part of the service for branding and promotional use.
Luxury Accommodations
To support an elevated service experience, clients are asked to provide access to a clean and sanitized restroom for appointments that may require extended service time or future bookings.
Payment Policy
Electronic payments are required and preferred (Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, etc.).
Cash is not accepted.
